Every 4th of July weekend for many years, Nonna & Pop's camp has a "parade" with golf carts. These carts are decked out like floats and all of the neighbors gather to watch. Here Libby & Gary check it out. 
What would a parade be without candy being thrown? Aunt Nancy gave Libby a taste of a Tootsie Pop. She was crazy about it!
