Shake, Rattle and Roll

Libby started back to gymnastics tonight after a 10 week hiatus for swimming lessons. I was nervous to see how she'd do since she has gotten so strong willed lately (I have no idea where she gets that from). We started the lessons in a circle doing a warm up exercise. Libby was instantly bored...she wanted to shake, rattle and roll, and didn't care much about sitting still and clapping her hands. Boring! Here, her Daddy tries to talk her into touching her toes. Check out that belly (I have no idea where she gets that from, either). Miss Kelly said that she cannot believe how "mature" she has gotten over the last 10 weeks. She is climbing on this latter like it was nothing. Her poor short, fat, legs would barley make it over to the next rung.

Gary & I gave her a B+ for the night. She still does not like to hang on the bars, but is much improved from last time. The running races were her favorite. A track star perhaps? Kayla, Ashlyn, Brooklyn, Carson and Allie are in another class that is going on at the same time. It was great for her to see some of her friends! Here, Mommy gives her a pep-talk before the next leg of her running race.

That is one jazzy leotard. Looking good Libby. Looks like you have some pretty sweet moves.

If she keeps up with this pace that belly will be gone by three!
