We started the weekend with a "child-swap" of sorts. Chris & Carrie agreed to keep Libby for us for the evening, and we took the boys to see the Louisville Bats game. Gary got tickets from his office, and we were so excited to see that we were sitting second row behind home plate! What great seats!! The game started one hour late due to a rain delay, but as soon as it got started, the boys were so excited to see Buddy Bat, the Louisville Bat's Mascot.

Mad Chad, the chainsaw juggler, was the entertainment for the night. He came out between innings and dared such stunts and juggling bowling balls, stun guns and then chainsaws. We loved our up-close-and-personal seats during his acts!
Amy and her dad, Pardie, used his season tickets to go to the game as well. Amy stopped by to visit us at our seats. Here is a funny self-portrait.
